Doplnkydoauta.sk is a large WooCommerce e-shop, which we have taken into technical management and have been actively developing for several years. The project is tightly integrated with the ERP system Money, which allows fully automated catalogue management with more than 20 000 products. Thanks to the interconnection, reliable and nonstop updating of all key data is ensured.
Automatic synchronization with Money ERP
Synchronisation covers products, orders, invoices, customers and price lists, and the whole process is done without manual intervention. The ERP system continuously sends and receives data, minimising the risk of errors and streamlining day-to-day operations. The e-shop is thus always working with up-to-date stock and pricing information.
Rental products
The solution also includes a product rental system that allows the reservation and return of items such as roof boxes or carriers. Availability is tracked automatically, including rental and return dates. Customers can thus always see which products are currently available.
Gift products for purchase
When the defined order value is reached, the customer is presented with gift products that can be immediately added to their basket. The whole process is done automatically based on pricing rules. The system supports multiple gift types and different combinations of conditions.
Link to carriers
Shipping is displayed dynamically to the customer according to the dimensions, weight and combination of products in the cart. The system eliminates irrelevant options and offers only those that can actually be delivered. This improves both the user experience and the accuracy of shipping cost calculations.
B2B zone with automatic customer synchronisation
The B2B section extends WooCommerce with a corporate environment connected directly to Money ERP. Price lists, sales data and orders are synchronized in real time, ensuring accurate information for corporate clients. Each B2B account gets personalized access according to their business setup.
Extended customer accounts
B2B accounts offer advanced features such as the ability to create customized products, such as first aid kits with your own logo. Customers also have access to a list of favourite items and personalised discounts according to agreed terms and conditions. The entire system facilitates both repeat purchases and the management of customer settings.
Automated import from suppliers
In addition to the data from ERP Money, we also added product imports from external suppliers. The e-shop can thus also offer additional assortment, which is not registered in the internal warehouse. Imports update prices, availability and product parameters automatically according to suppliers' data.
Generation of customized feeds
For the project we created our own feed generation system without using external plugins. Feed outputs for Google Shopping, Facebook or Ecomail are tailored to specific requirements and adjustable according to the needs of marketing campaigns. Even with large volumes of data, the generation is fast and without limitations.
