Montemama.sk

Montemama.sk is a WooCommerce project focused on selling Montessori tools for Slovakia and surrounding areas. Based on a design created by an external agency, we developed a custom theme with a focus on clarity, performance and easy content management. The user-oriented structure allows for quick shopping even in a larger assortment.

Multilingualism built on Polylang Pro

For expansion into neighbouring countries, we chose Polylang Pro, which offers a reliable basis for multilingual projects. We have extended the integration with automatic synchronization of content between languages and full support for separate domains for individual countries. Translations work via the DeepL API, ensuring high quality and speed.

Tailored content management for each language

The administration allows you to synchronise all changes between languages, while leaving room for individual country-specific adjustments. The Czech version of the e-shop can thus contain separate campaigns, banners or actions adapted to the local market. Content management is designed to be simple and flexible.

Multi-currency support

Thanks to the integration of multiple currencies, each language can have its own menu. Prices are automatically updated according to current exchange rates from the external API, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Products only need to be managed in the main Slovak version, with all language versions synced automatically.

Integration with Ecomail

The Ecomail integration has been extended for multilingual environments and supports both segmentation and personalized communication for individual countries. Each language version can have its own email templates, automations and campaigns. This ensures targeted communication across all markets.

Customizing WooCommerce cart and checkout

We've redesigned the cart and checkout into a multi-step interface that improves clarity and simplifies the entire ordering process. Breaking it down into multiple steps helps reduce incomplete purchases and increases overall conversion. This way, the customer progresses through the steps intuitively.

Automatic generation of product feeds

We generate feeds automatically for each language separately to ensure full compatibility with different marketing tools such as Google or Facebook. Each language version can thus benefit from its own campaigns and more precise targeting.

WooCommerce Advanced Administration

We have extended the administration with the ability to manage all product variants directly from the product list, which significantly speeds up the work with the catalog. We have also added a better overview of gift products, recommendations or upsell offers for individual countries. The system allows you to quickly change promotions, free shipping or campaigns for different markets.

Interactive map of Montessori schools and nurseries

The list of Montessori schools and kindergartens is displayed using an interactive map. Users can search for institutions by location and quickly find the one closest to where they live. The map has a practical meaning and at the same time adds a useful information element to the e-shop.

Affiliate program

We have added an affiliate program to the project that allows partners to promote products and earn commissions on sales. It is possible to easily track orders and performance of individual partners. This is an inexpensive way to extend the promotion of the e-shop.

Customizing administration for dynamic content

Montemama.sk works with several dynamic elements that change frequently. That is why we have prepared a clear administration for their easy management. The administrator can quickly adjust the discount offers in the shopping cart, gifts with the order or advertising banners for individual countries.
